Hi, my name is Stephen Flynn and welcome to my portfolio. Currently, I am attending the University of New England and enrolled in the Pre-Pharmacy major. I am originally from Salem, NH which is a mix of a rural and urban area. Salem is located right on the border of New Hampshire and Massachusetts and is about 30 minutes from Boston which is really nice because I can just decide one night to go into Boston for a night out. Sports are my major hobbies. I have played basketball and baseball for 10+ years now and still love playing whenever I get the opportunity. Sports is my way of escaping reality for whatever reason. When I go play sports, my mind just focuses on whats going on and I forget about anything else going on. I also love watching sports. My family are huge New England Patriots fans to the point that my family has a party every Sunday to watch the game. I love watching football, but basketball has to be my favorite sport to watch and to play. I can’t believe how the Celtics have evolved this season especially with Gordon Hayward out with that gruesome injury. The rookie, Jayson Tatum, has really stepped up to the point where he is in the running for rookie of the year. When I am at home, I work at Market Basket store 31 which is the number one seller of cigarettes in the country. I love working at Market Basket because of all the friends that I made working there which makes it fun to go into work because I’ll always have someone to talk to. I have been working there for 3 years now and was in the running for assistant manager. I hope you enjoyed reading this blog post and continue reading the blogs I create in the future.
